Watch Me Turn 30, by Holly C.
I'm a 29-year-old New Yorker who inherited this site from my pal, Holly P., to document the final year of my twenties. Right up until I turn the big 3-0 next January, I'll use this blog to indulge my inner-narcissist by voicing the good (I can date men anywhere from ages 21 to 50 without it being scandalous) the bad (I keep getting ma'amed) and the ugly (is it possible to get cellulite on your stomach?!). Here's to waving goodbye to my youth, accepting adulthood and remembering that every ending is really just a new beginning.

DAY 125  |  June 3, 2007
I know, I have no excuse for wearing the same outfit two days in a row now that I have a closet, but I canít find any of my clothes in the mountain of boxes crowding my bedroom. Besides, sliding into my usual duds is oddly comforting.

I have some big news: I have a cell phone again! Yup, I am officially plugged back in. After stopping to buy apples at the farmerís market, E and I went to get me my new digits. After my purchase I was so excited I couldnít put the phone down: Itís slim and gold and shiny. Being able to ring my mom, dad and sisters anytime I want to makes me feel connected. And now I donít even have to worry about being in a different time zone.
